📏 Space & Setup Requirements

To set up safely, here’s what we need:

✅ 40 ft of total length (20 ft trailer + towing clearance)

✅ 10–12 ft of width

✅ 13 ft of vertical clearance (no low hanging trees, wires, or signs)

✅ Flat, stable surface (pavement, concrete, hard-packed dirt or gravel preferred)

✅ Accessible entry path with wide turning radius (think RV or U-Haul)

✅ No steep inclines, soft sand, or tight alleyways

💰 Pricing & Deposits

We tailor every Haulin’ Axes experience to your unique event needs—no one-size-fits-all packages here. That said, here’s a quick snapshot of how our pricing and deposit structure works:

Custom Pricing: Your rate depends on factors like event type, location, group size, duration, and any add-ons you choose.

Starting Rate: Packages begin at $250 per hour (with a 2-hour minimum).

Deposit: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to hold your date and confirm your details.

Cancellation Policy:

Full refund, if you cancel more than 2 weeks before your event.

Cancellations within 2 weeks of your date forfeit the deposit, but don’t worry, you can apply that deposit toward any future Haulin’ Axes booking.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should guests wear?

Closed-toed shoes are mandatory. No sandals, high heels, or barefoot bravery. Comfy clothing is encouraged for maximum flannel-fueled fun.

What’s the age requirement?

All throwers must be 12 years or older. Anyone under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present and sign their waiver.

(We love little ones — but under-12s are observers only.)

Do we have to sign a waiver?

You bet. Every participant must complete a waiver before throwing. We offer digital waivers in advance and on-site tablets.

Can we drink alcohol?

If your venue allows it, sure — but no drinking while throwing. We do not allow intoxicated guests to throw. Safety first, always.

Is it safe?

Yes! We’ve designed everything with safety in mind:

Floor-to-ceiling lane dividers

Enclosed trailer walls

Mandatory safety briefing before each session

Coaches monitoring every throw

No trick shots, aggressive behavior, or axe passing allowed

Do you provide everything?

Yep! We bring the axes, targets, trailer, waiver system, and coaches. Just provide the space — and your best throwing arm.
